While the terms sound similar, home care focuses on non-medical support (like bathing, meal prep, companionship, and mobility assistance) to help individuals live safely at home. Home health care is clinical, medical care prescribed by a doctor and administered by registered nurses or therapists (like wound care or physical therapy).
How do I know how much care is needed?
Every situation is unique. When you contact us, we schedule a free, no-obligation in-home assessment. One of our Care Coordinators will meet with you and your loved one to evaluate their needs, living environment, and routines to recommend a personalized care plan — whether that's a few hours a week or 24/7 care.
How quickly can home care services start?
In many cases, we can begin services within 24 to 48 hours of your initial call. Our priority is to ensure your loved one is safe. Once we complete the in-home assessment and match them with the perfect caregiver, care can commence immediately.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. We understand that care needs can change rapidly. We do not require long-term contracts. You can adjust, increase, decrease, or cancel your services at any time with appropriate notice as outlined in our service agreement.
